Welcome to UrbanDripss. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products from UrbanDripss. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Orders and Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse any order at our discretion. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email is an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

3. Pricing and Payment Prices are listed in Euro and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept  credit/debit cards, PayPal.

4. Shipping and Delivery We aim to process and ship orders within 15 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location. UrbanDripss is not responsible for any delays due to customs or other shipping issues. Additional shipping costs may apply for certain regions.

5. Returns and Refunds We offer 30 days for returns or exchanges. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.urbandripss@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days after the return is received and inspected.

6. Product Descriptions and Availability We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. If a product ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Warranty Disclaimer All products are provided "as is" without any warranties. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability UrbanDripss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the purchase of any products from our store.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. You agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, or your purchase from UrbanDripss, shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located within France.
